Exposure
My vision is blurred by the scratches on my lens, but I can still see well enough to know that the heat from the sun is cooking me alive. I can feel it on my flesh, searing me from the inside out, like a microwave stuck on perpetual loop. I can feel the contents of my guts bubbling and boiling within my middle. I can feel my muscles tightening as they sizzle like slabs of bacon beneath the sun....
Two thoughts:
1) Its the end of the semester, and I have decided for the start of the fall/summer semester, I’m going to rid my Facebook account of people I cannot stand to hear from any longer.
2) I have recently fallen deeply in love with the city of Vancouver, BC and wish very much so to visit it.
“I’m losing sleep, I’m losing friends, I’ve got a love/hate...”
– I’m seeing Touche Amore tomorrow and could not be more excited.
I think I've decided
that one of my future tattoos is going to be a picture of my grandfather from when he was in the navy on my inner arm. Now it just has to get in priority line behind the 6 other pieces I want, ughh. This poor college student thing is not working out.

Its midnight and I am alone in a stadium, the first time I have ever sat in these benches. It is comforting to be along in a place that is normally so full of such turmoil.
